Custom Form Eliminated When Arriving to Cancun International Airport (CUN)

CANCUN, Mexico (Aug. 29, 2022) – As part of a pilot program to make airport processes more efficient and avoid waiting times for tourists, Mexican Federal Immigration officials announced that beginning August 18, 2022, international travelers arriving in Cancun International Airport (CUN) will no longer need to fill out immigrations forms or Forma Migratoria Múltiple (FMM). Under the new system, the traveler will need to present a valid passport before the immigration agent and will receive a stamp granting a permit valid for up to 180 days.

As we all get used to this new process, we are happy to answer any questions you may have for future travelers. Additional inquiries should be addressed to atenciontelefonica@inami.gob.mx.
